“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was brand new…so everything was new and clean. I noticed a few things that weren’t finished (in the section that’s open), and some construction debris (but I’m in construction, so the average person probably wouldn’t notice). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area and water slides were enjoyed greatly by my whole family. The breakfast was great as well.”

The rooms while a little basic were large enough and the beds comfortable and the entire room clean. Go for it.”

“Really clean quiet room right off the interstate. Currently renovating dining area so breakfast was more sack lunch style. Still plenty of food for breakfast. Staff are always very friendly and courteous. If sack lunch is not your style, there is a really good breakfast at steakhouse next door very reasonably priced.”

“We have stayed in 9 different hotels during our 2-week road trip. This was the worst. Check-in was good. Staff were friendly. The pool was salt-water and quite nice. Plenty of pool towels. Food at breakfast was fine - the usual waffles, etc. I appreciated that the scrambled eggs were plain and the yogurt had no artificial sweetener. The staff there were very attentive. On the other hand, the room was cramped and dangerous. The right side of the only sink was taken up by a coffeemaker and……

“This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. We have done this many times through Hilton and Expedia, and no hotel has ever canceled our fully paid reservation without contacting us first. This time, we paid for four nights instead of three. After traveling from another state, we arrived……
